We're here to make your shopping experience with Triumph & Sloggi easy and hassle-free. Our policy covers order cancellations, returns, and refunds. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. 1. Cancelling an Order:

• You can cancel your order before the invoice is processed.
• To cancel, email us at custcare.in@triumph.com with your unique order number.
• We'll cancel the order and refund the amount within 15 business days, credited to your account for future purchases.

2. Returning a Product:

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Reasons for return can include product damage, defects, wrong order, or dissatisfaction.
• Due to hygiene factors, panties and shapewear cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have size related queries prior placing the order.
• Keep the product in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice.
• We provide pick-up services in most locations.

3. Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 15 business days after verifying the return.
• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment source.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.

4. Exchanges:

• You can request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Follow the same conditions as for returns.
• We will verify the request and process the exchange accordingly.
• Due to hygiene factors, panties and shapewear cannot be exchanged. Please contact us if you have size related queries prior placing the order.
